5753L
The 5753L is a 360 degree occupancy sensor. It detects movement by sensing the natural thermal radiation emitted from any moving body. When movement is detected, the unit issues commands over the CBus network to control CBus output devices.
An added feature is that each sensor includes an ambient light level sensor (Sunset Switch) feature, which automatically turns lights ‘on’ when the ambient light level falls below the threshold level (at sunset), and then turns the lights ‘off’ again at sunrise. Alternatively, the lights can be programmed to automatically turn ‘off’ at a set time after sunset. A light emitting diode (LED) on the sensor head can be programmed to turn on when movement is detected. This enables easy positioning and commissioning of the sensor.
5753PEIRL
The 5753PEIRL is a 360 degree multi-sensor that incorporates a PIR Occupancy Sensor, a Light Level Sensor and an Infrared Receiver in a single unit. The PIR Occupancy Sensor and Light Level Sensor provide automatic control based upon movement and light levels, whilst the Infrared Receiver allows users remote control of a CBus installation.
The 5753PEIRL unit is capable of controlling up to 8 CBus Scenes (containing up to 40 CBus ‘Group Addresses’) or directly controlling up to 8 CBus ‘Group Addresses’. Additionally, this unit supports the Corridor Linking feature often used in commercial building applications. It also incorporates three LEDs, one of which can be programmed to turn on when movement is detected. This enables easy positioning and commissioning of the sensor.
